Back in 2007 the government introduced the EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) to increase the focus on energy use within properties. As much of the work that we do impacts that use, we decided to qualify as Commercial Assessors to support our clients and inform the design decisions that we make when specifying upgrades to the building envelope or replacement of M&E systems. We now offer this as a standalone service on Level 3 & 4 properties.
